What is AnarGat Program

The aim of the Anargat program is to focus on the wellbeing of our employees in the areas of physical, mental and financial wellbeing. The phases of support for the Anargat program are categorized as policy, pre-pregnancy support, pregnancy and post pregnancy support, financial support and employee services.

Policy

Maternity leave policy offering longer leave options (20 weeks, 40 weeks or up to 1 year ) and guaranteeing employment at the end of maternity leave.

Pre-Pregnancy Support

Pre-pregnancy counselling services are available for all Yoma employees considering starting a family

Pregnancy – Post Pregnancy Support

Counseling services and community support for female employees’ pre-pregnancy and post-delivery

Financial Support

Yoma Group will cover the delivery cost – up to maximum 700,000 MMK

Employee Services

Lactation room at the workplace to support breastfeeding mothers.

FAQ

Newly married couple will be given a voucher as a gift when they are married, and all other employees wanting to access this service can send a message to AskHR@yoma.com.mm or via the Yoma Connect App and a redeemable voucher will be sent to you.

When registering with Pun Hlaing Hospital you should inform the hospital that you are a Yoma Employee and the 20% discount will be applied to your delivery bill. 20% discount is for Female employee of Yoma Group. Male employees will receive a 10% Discount on delivery when their spouse/ partner delivers at Pun Hlaing Hospital. You must be an employee of the Yoma Group at the time of delivery for the discount to be applied.

You have to submit a Medical Claim Form (found in Yoma Connect under Forms) together with the receipts from the hospital, within 1 year. The Company will cover the delivery cost - up to a maximum of 700,000 MMK. The reimbursement amount will be paid via Wave Pay.
